Role Overview: 

We have a really exciting opportunity for an Office and Events Coordinator to join our friendly, fun and expanding London office. We are looking for a collaborative, organized, resourceful, supportive individual with a can-do attitude! The right person would need to work well in a team environment, be able to demonstrate flexibility to the evolving needs of the company and someone who will go the extra mile to get the job done.

 The day to day tasks would include:

  • Providing concierge-type support to Team Members in our UK office while also providing exceptional service to vendors and our building management team.
  • Supporting corporate travel by working closely with our corporate traveler agency on requirements for the team and executives.
  • Calendar and organization management for our executives.
  • Creating and executing fun office events, organizing dinners, holiday parties for our London and Hong Kong teams – you can get creative!
  • Assisting and managing UK and Hong Kong offsite meetings.
  • Slack organization/management of daily communication for UK and HK
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the London office – keeping an inventory of supplies, setting up conference rooms, coordinating core day lunches, entering facility requests and registering all employee visitors from our other global offices.


To be a great fit for this role you would have the following:

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, polished/poised, proactive and customer service oriented. 
  • Creative and caring individual who knows how to make a  work environment  welcoming, friendly and fun
  • Proactive and highly reliable, someone who is helpful, responsible and able to work under pressure when required.
  • Meticulous organization, attention to detail and ability to follow up is a must; superior time management skills and responsive.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using GSuite, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
  • Light technical knowledge/skills is preferred to assist our US Systems Administrator when asked to prepare computers for new hires.
  • Experience with office moves and a background in financial services would be desirable but not essential.
